Approximate 600,000 square foot urban class A office development developed in a venture with Johnson Wax Development Corporation, Racine Wisconsin. This project features 3 granite-clad buildings surrounding a center plaza, with approximately 12 acres of below grade parking.

Foothills Corporate Center
Tucson, Arizona
A one and two story office complex developed in the highly restricted and low density Tucson foothills adjacent to the Westin La Paloma Resort and Country Club. Debt and equity financing was provided to the venture by American National Insurance Company of League City, Texas.

Gainey Ranch Towne Center
Gainey Ranch Planned Community, Scottsdale, Arizona
A three building suburban Class A office and retail development designed to fill the last remaining parcel of undeveloped property in this very high quality planned community in north-central Scottsdale. The site overlooks a large man-made lake and adjoins the Hyatt Regency Resort. This project incorporates boutique retail as required by the area CCR’s and features three story office structures built over below-grade parking. This project was included in a venture with American Nation Insurance Company, Galveston, Texas and DMB Associates of Scottsdale, Arizona.

McCormick Corporate Place
McCormick Ranch, Scottsdale, Arizona
A single building office and parking structure designed for a very prominent intersection restricted to surface and above surface parking only due to storm flood potential. This site required extensive use of underground storm water storage tanks and pumps. This project was financed by American National Insurance Company of Galveston, Texas.

Nevada Financial Center
Las Vegas, Nevada
An eleven-floor office building developed as part of a mixed-use project adjacent to I- 15 on Sahara Road. This was the first major Class A high-rise office development west of the “strip” and served the rapidly expanding west side of Las Vegas. This project was a venture with Johnson Wax Development Corporation of Racine Wisconsin.

Scottsdale Financial Center
Scottsdale, Arizona
A 500,000 square foot redevelopment project located in downtown Scottsdale Arizona. Combining three and five story office buildings and a Marriott Suites Hotel, this development was built on the original homestead of Winfield Scott, the City’s founder and namesake. This development was a venture with Johnson Wax Development Corporation of Racine, Wisconsin.

This Class A suburban office building totaling 100,000SF was developed on a small 3-acre site between existing resorts on North Scottsdale Road. The location adjacent to the Town of Paradise Valley along with the proximity to upper end retail and hotel properties, make this building a very desirable long term investment property.
