An eleven-floor office building developed as part of a mixed-use project adjacent to I-15 on Sahara Road. This was the first major Class A high-rise office development west of the “strip” and served the rapidly expanding west side of Las Vegas. This project was a venture with Johnson Wax Development Corporation of Racine Wisconsin.
